Pros
It's a pretty chill environment. The people are pretty nice. The pay is ok. Great location.
Cons
The top designers/supervisors are horrible designers! They act like they've done such great work but then you look at their design work and you're like...ummm...it's a box! It's very unclear what design style the firm is trying to represent. In my interview they said they were more of a minimalist firm but trying to do more. So I found it to be a very confusing environment. I was there when the other founder of the company Yo Hakomori up and quit! Sitting in on design reviews with the two owners and the clients...I think Yo Hakomori and I thought more eye to eye about what the client wanted but the other owner Kulapat always was headed in a completely different direction. Kulapat is one of those guys who can and will talk intelligently about his masterpiece...the box! I hate to say it but designing a box is not design!
