As an organization, we strive to meet the needs and expectations of our employees and appreciate your feedback to help us achieve this goal. We have implemented several initiatives within the last quarter to address the concerns you have mentioned. Specifically, we have increased the support for our new hires through an extensive onboarding and training experience. We have also implemented regular check-ins for all new hires with line managers and HR representation to discuss expectations and support as well as additional ways that we can help our employees achieve the desired goals. WEP has put in place several initiatives to help support work/life balance including wellness programs, increased employee recognition programs, and team engagement opportunities. Finally, we now have programs in place to support employee growth and development including a clear job trajectory for each role, an educational assistance program for continued professional development, and individualized support to help employees reach personal and professional career growth goals.
