As a young person, I've always found myself torn between the allure of working with very qualified and experienced professionals in a corporate setting and the dynamic nature of a start-up. At WEBB , I've found the best of both worlds, which makes it a great professional experience. I appreciate the balance between autonomy and support I get. With that many young people, it's a lot of fun as well!

This company is striving for high results, which means that people are being challenged to keep improving and learning. There’s indeed strong support from the team but a confident ownership of the projects and the ability to work independently are necessary to succeed here.
