Pros
WCG is currently fully remote and this gives some flexibility. The staff are extremely friendly and hard working. Teams are very supportive of one another and you can learn a lot.
Cons
The company takes advantage of its employees and thinks that sending gifts every once in a while will keep their employees satisfied. Employees are overworked and underpaid . Many staff have been leaving due to this exact reasoning. The company says it allows for growth but there is a lack of transparent organizational structure which makes it hard for employees to grow . The lack of work life balance is appalling- especially for a company that says it’s a big “family”.
