Pros
Some traces / remnants of the past where it used to be a great place to work.
Cons
Office politics are prevalent at all levels, with individuals often undermining one another to get ahead—creating a rather toxic environment. Middle management tends to focus either on climbing the corporate ladder through favoritism, engaging in blame-shifting, or attempting to shield their teams from upper management conflicts. HR and senior leadership appear disconnected from the realities on the ground and unaware of what’s actually happening within teams. WATG has been undergoing a period of transformation; however, many aspects—such as new career paths and title structures—remain unclear, leading to frustration and high turnover. Ultimately, it operates as a business driven by profit, which at times comes at the expense of employee well-being and satisfaction.
