it's everything you've read and more....just keep looking.People there are not happy with their jobs, and the CEO is a horrible person who makes fun of everyone. If you don't have a PHd, she views you as an idiot. A contractor visiting the company even noticed the tense environment and said, "How can you work here like this? The feeling is so tense and thick you can cut it with a knife". Management micromanages and is not willing to listen to employees, does not care about the team. Questionable business practices regarding many issues including pay, and discrimination.....they do not hire handicapped people to work here. (BTW- The only handicapped bathroom is on the 2nd floor....hope you can do the stairs to get to it. Otherwise you are out of luck.)
