Pros

They are always on the lookout for staff.

Cons

When you interview with them, it sounds really great, like theres a team atmosphere and all this collaboration on projects. Unfortunately, the truth is your just dumped on a client site with no direction and then you ALWAYS have to take the fall when the customer complains about the work that's done. Also management constantly bullies employees who've left saying that they cant work in the industry

Pros

I have been in the IT Industry for more years than I care to remember. Many of these organisation have been great, but they all pale when compared to WARDY IT Solutions. It is a fantastic organisation which actively encourages personal and professional growth. 2 weeks Professional Development is allocated to each and every individual within the Company and if exceeded, no penalties are made. Birthdays off are the norm and a positive work / life balance is encouraged with many working from home at least one day a week. All this is ON TOP of annual leave. The company provides free training both professional and lifestyle. Often Lunch and learn sessions are provided with catering. Junior people are actively trained and nurtured and after 12 months are superior to many of their more time experienced peers outside the organisation. Everyone is rewarded for performance. Salaries are reviewed ferequently and positively. There is a strong sense of ownership by many of the team. No one wantss to work, but we must, and this is a great place to be if I have to work.

Cons

The pace is tremendous. The pressure is always on to ensure we remain the best and continue to provide superior customer service. It doesn't take much to destroy what took years to create. The growth of the organisation continuallly maintains pressure on all as we strive to manage resourcing. The stress at times trying to keep up can be huge, but this is recognised by Management and they seem to be always trying to make it better.
