Not worth it (Statesboro Location) - Shift Leader W4 Express Car Wash Employee Review

Do not work here. Plenty of better washes that actually care about their employees. Management sits in the office watching tiktok and talking about trucks while the “new employees” do all the work. I know this because as a shift leader I saw it with my own eyes. Turnover rate is extremely high and site leaders like to talk bad about their employees. Lastly you can only work up to 30hours a week and was not told that until the second week of being hired. While I got promoted within I will always refuse to recommend any of my friends to work here because of these reasons. (Statesboro location)
