Pros
I've been at this company for 3 years after moving from job to job for almost 7 years before. If you've been in the development field you know how flaky it can be. This is the first job where the people really get along and work together. It's a great social atmosphere and everyone helps and cares about the work. The projects are never the same and there is very high attention to detail. For me that matters because I want to put out great stuff. The owner is very design and detail oriented so there's no cutting corners. Overall really good people make it fun to go to work.
Cons
For me this is not a negative, but I know some people like to work on one product continuously and always modify and improve it like a software solution. Here you work on lots of projects all different and need to get it right quickly. Again, for me i like that challenge and also I have learned more since the projects vary so much.
