Not family oriented. Will give points for the smallest things even being one minute late. Not willing to cooperate to keep good workers around.

Good schedule, pay got and increase, profit sharing goes 80% to the 401k and 20% cash to you. Good people to work with. Great training classes they send you too.

Work load can get stressful. Expected to do all trades without a higher pay raise then single trade.
