Very good manager - Cashier Vualto Employee Review

The company has grown a lot and has experienced normal growing pains of this change. The company has installed a medical benefits package and has supported many people during times of hardship. The current COVID crisis has been handled superbly with all of the company being told to work from home prior to the lockdown and support for everyone with equipment and emotional support throughout. With many companies failing to put their employees first Vualto has excelled.

Too many opinions, not enough action. The company can get stifled by unrealistic, Unresearched projects, this can be a pro for new product development but often if the research had been done we could avoid unnecessary work.

A few good people there

Lied to by the directors, and ultimately left me having panic attacks.No transparency, would not listen to feedback, and in some cases bullying from high-level staff was apparent. Don't have a clue about how to run projects, and do not handle inappropriate behaviour. Directors are afraid of taking action when needed to protect staff, and are scared of change. Micromanagement everywhere, a clear lack of trust in their staff.
