Pros
Management is always trying to improve on the industry "standard" for interpreters. Be it by offering relative flexibility on schedules, Fostering an empathic management relationship with interpreters or by retaining interpreters through an honest working environment. You aren't given corporate BS, because many in management were interpreters, so they understand what interpreters might be going through. Long term vision for growth makes sure that no one gets left behind as the company continues to expand. Clients' needs are taken into consideration by offering what can be realistically achieved. The sales staff is truthful in their customer acquisition process.
Cons
Because of the above pros, growth has come constantly and to ensure the clients needs are met, sometimes interpreters get less work than what the interpreters who have been longer with the company used to get. But that situation balances itself out fairly quickly. Theres always a strong possibility that they get acquired by one of the industry behemoths and then all the benefits of working for Voyce would get diluted.
