Pros
Some amount of learning, if you get a good supervisor and if you can take this kind of abusive environment
Cons
The culture is very toxic here. There is Only One Way to Do Things (the Boss’s Way) and everybody is trying to avoid getting yelled at.The directors and their direct protégé are micro-mangers. Managers don't stand up for those under them and the business meetings for resource allocation are equivalent of a gossiping session where they pick upon employees who are not part of it. Corrective feedback is never given to an employee and people just make up their minds about their coworkers. They use words like "paid monkeys", "minions" etc., cross boundaries with people in many ways. One of the top guns ask people to give her massages and talks unprofessionally about her employees behind their back to other employees. They also have frivolous lunch and learns which means employees don't have their lunch breaks where they can wind off or take a mental break. These lunch and learns happen so that the directors can review slides. They are 2-2.5 hours long often culminating into inability to meet deadlines or working overtime.
