Pay is low and it’s kind of cult like cause they want you to really use and love the Thermomix which is their signature product. It’s a great machine but a little pricey.
Good "hobby" if you love a Thermomix and meeting people.

VORWERK expects you to work for free basically. For tax purposes, they report every little gadget you receive as an incentive for your monthly sales at an exorbitant price as part of your salary, Worst occupation ever from a financial standpoint.
