Good part-time job if you're getting through school, good union benefits, flexibility, learn about customer service, product knowledge, health & safety procedures
Cons
Difficult to advance to higher positions. In the 8 years working, I did not see a black Store Manager in Ventura County area. They need to eliminate combination clerks because they normally dont get paid the value of the job description that theyre doing.
