      Pros

      - Get weekends off. - Leaves are mostly granted (me, being a traveler, have always exceeded my quota of leaves and the bosses never objected). - Office environment is very peaceful. Manage your work, finish everything assigned to you in time, and no one will ever come to complain. - Extremely helpful seniors. If I say 'cooperative', that would be an understatement. - Have got to build up connections with several kind souls all across the globe. (Beyond the professional arena, working here has made me believe in a lot of good things in general as well.)

      Management behavior - I can't define in my words. great person. I had worked in Volunteering Solutions, my total experience is 2 year with this company, no issue from management, no complaint against management. till yet in my working life, Volunteering Solutions is the best organization for for me. I had left this organization, it is one of the biggest mistake of my life. - Vinod.
