Purchased Bayshore Technologies for their successful (in business for ~18 years) professional services department. Vology failed 3 times trying to create a best of class professional services department. They recently laid off everyone in the professional services department and closed the professional services department with no warning to the employees or customers. This left customers with no one to complete the project that was in progress at the time of the closure of PS.
