Pros

Working at Voiant has been one of the most rewarding professional experiences of my career. It is a place where smart, curious, high integrity people come together to solve meaningful problems for extremely large client organizations who actually value the performance improvements that Voiant can bring to their organization. The culture is built on trust, accountability, and intellectual rigor, without ego or politics getting in the way. Leadership is transparent, accessible, and genuinely invested in both the work and the people doing it. You are treated like an adult, your perspective matters, and your contributions have visible impact. The pace is energizing, the work is challenging in the best way, and the learning curve is constant. If you like autonomy, ownership, and being surrounded by people who are deeply thoughtful about their craft, this is a special place to be. It's a great boutique shop of SPM and connected planning minds thinking entrepreneurially on behalf of their clients. They also have cultivated great industry partnerships across the technical and consulting ecosystem.

Cons

Because Voiant is a boutique firm, resources and headcount are intentionally lean. That means you may wear multiple hats and need to be comfortable operating without the layers of structure, brand recognition, or redundancy you might find at a larger firm. For the right person, this is more of a tradeoff than a drawback, but it is worth knowing going in.
