The company works hard to be fair to the employees. The managers are great and really care. They are always looking for ways to get better benefits/pay to the employees.
Cons
lots of places are very spread out so advancement can be difficult in those locations.
I was able to work with my family and see what the job requires. I learned more about blue collar jobs and learned the value of dependability.
Cons
The hours were long, and the pay was not the best. I was paid significantly less than the fulltime employees and was forced to work side by side with them.
