Pros
- Enjoy a friendly team and culture where everyone has an equal voice on company and topical issues. - Fascinating project work that makes a real difference and has national and global reach despite us being a small firm. - Enjoy learning about the dynamics of a growing a firm. Valuable experience. - Although the team is growing, we are still a small company so there is more opportunity for professional development than there would be in a large corporate firm. - Flexitime. You are trusted to work the hours you need to from the office, a café or at home. Your work is judged on its timely delivery and merit rather than face time hours. - Fun social events and opportunities for team bonding - an inclusive culture which makes me feel valued and engaged with what I do.
Cons
- We have outgrown our office space so it can be a bit cramped when everyone is in and there is not enough meeting space. We are moving in June 2018. - Some of the economists provide some support to our operations such as HR, Sales & Marketing and IT. This can take away their focus from what they do best - economics.
