I worked at Dailymotion before/during their acquisition by Vivendi. Great company culture and benefits, and a brilliant team. Loved my time there.

Truly loved my role here, but ultimately decided to move forward in my career.

No one yells at you...and that's about it. Casual dress and not too much argument when you need to take vacation are also appreciated.

Lack of communication between execs and underlings is legendary. A lot of flip flopping between the execs makes it nearly impossible to get anything done because no decisions can ever be made. No raises, no promotions, It seems that the company feels as a whole that we should feel grateful just to have jobs and should stop complaining. They take advantage of the lower level people on a daily basis.
