Pros

It's a job... probably slightly better than being unemployed if you can handle being treated like a child.

Cons

- Micromanagement - Declining client base / no growth - Culture - Lots of gossip / inappropriate behavior perpetuated by management (lack maturity and are unprofessional, unqualified to run a business) - Unethical behavior, such as management posting positive reviews here themselves to boost their rating

This kind of culture pushes us to always do our best to satisfy our clients, who consistently receive exceptional digital services.
