Supportive team with a healthy design culture. I had the opportunity to lead two projects from idea to MVP — which included research, onboarding redesign, and building internal processes. High autonomy, clear impact, and the ability to shape both strategy and execution. Flexible working conditions and open communication with stakeholders.
Cons
Product direction was sometimes unclear early on. Decisions could shift quickly depending on priorities, which required adaptability. Some processes (analytics, metrics access) could be more transparent or structured. No clear access to KPI, usability, A/B testing.
