All the time I worked in this company and I never received any recognition, they make you feel as if you didn't deserve anything, the internal processes are a disaster since they are not based on solid and fair bases, there is a lot of favoritism. The majority of employees work under the influence of psychoactive substances, it was not just one time that I saw someone consume cocaine in the facilities. Bosses make inappropriate jokes and out of line. The company cannot keep its clients since the management that is done is terrible. The CEO believes that the company will move forward when what remains now is ruins, there is not much to wait for.
