Toxic culture at HQ. Narcissistic middle management. Unsafe place. 80% of the people who was hired at or around the time I joined have since left or are dissatisfied with the environment. People who voiced concerns are dismissed and reprimanded. Direct managers don't look after their staff - information shared in confidence is discussed as gossip. There is a group of middle managers who formed a coallition that not only supress their staff, but protect each other. It is terrible. This group has sent a few people to theraphy, including me. It is very sad to hear they are still actively creating an environment that is unsafe. Virgin was by far the worst company I worked for, culture wise.
