Pros
-Free gym membership for you and a friend -Most colleagues are young, easy going and fun to work with -Generally enjoyed working there
Cons
-Occasional lack of cross department communication (i.e. between FOH and fitness, swimming etc.) leads to receptionists taking the flack from members when they havn't got a refund for their kids swimming lesson -Theres always some kind of issue going on, and always a piece of equipment not working. Members can complain repeatedly about this but management don't communicate when these will be fixed -Understaffing of lifeguards was a huge issue at my club, meaning management was always covering on poolside- this left floor staff to deal with any emergencies that came up
