Pros
There are too man to count, but the people I work with daily are amazing. Everyone that's hired here is truly passionate about what they do and they care about helping the customer and each other. The number one value here is the culture. One of my favorite things is that there aren't any offices, only conference rooms for meetings. Everyone sits together in an open space. I felt welcomed on day 1! I also feel like I'm in the know on where we are as a company all the time. They offer healthy snacks and drinks. The benefits are great, unlimited PTO , they pay their employees what their worth, it's downtown, and this company is about its people, not just about the revenue. I think everyone is as successful as they are because of the collaborative atmosphere. You can dress however you feel most comfortable and wake up knowing you get to be yourself when you go into work. ( You can bring your (trained/well-behaved) dogs in as well- added bonus!)
Cons
As we continue to grow at a rapid (amazing) pace, the only think I can think of that could be better explained are all the amazing benefits and add-ons that are offered, without finding out later. I know there are steps in place for addressing these already, but that was the only thing.
