I have had the opportunity to work with Village Concepts for 3 years. Village Concepts is a family-owned company with the motto of Building a Village that feels like family. This holds true for both employees and the seniors who live here. When caring for my terminally ill husband, both the corporate office and community team stood beside me and allowed me the time to care for my husband and myself. It was all about family. This same philosophy holds true for our residents when they run into a challenge (be it health, financial, or something else) we always look to "do the right thing". It is truly remarkable the care and concern that is provided to residents, their family members, and the team members.

There has been a lot of change in the past couple of years, but the change has been needed to improve the services that we provide.
