      Consistent hours and consistent days

      Cons

      Popularity club for people that have never been in a position of power before. And it shows. If one of them doesn't like you, you might as well just leave. Save yourself the mental anguish of consuming anxiety 24/7. And if you report misconduct at all, they just push you out.

      The company seems to get bought and sold by a different VC firm every year or two. High turn over with professional staff.
