Pros
Everyone really WANTS to do a good job, co-workers are great. Environment is pretty/comfortable. Casual Wednesdays, and Doughnut Fridays. Occasional department lunches. Small good teams. A LOT of products to work on - so most skills are welcome.
Cons
Very poor communication between departments, and in between teams inside a department. With the buy-out - company won't invest in employees anymore. You'd be lucky to get them to buy you a headphone. There's poor consensus on process - so every day is a drama.
