Pros
They’re flexible with attendance let you stay over to make up hours, there’s no point system, you hardly do any overtime, pay is pretty decent to start. They will feed you here & there
Cons
Benefits not that great, don’t get many days to start, they pick & choose if they want to give them to you. It’s a family owned company so there’s no standard or set rules which can be good but it’s also bad when it comes down to ethics because everything is determined by two people. The healthcare is extravagantly expensive.
