Pros

Many great, talented, and friendly employees who are willing to share their vast wealth of knowledge and experience. Opportunity to make great connections within the industry which will come in handy when you out job hunting after the ship sinks.

Cons

This place is the Titanic of engineering firms. The management thinks they are to big to fail however they suffer from a huge employee turnover at all levels, including the departure of several upper level associates and department heads within the past 8 months These were key people that were an integral part of the company's success and has caused great concern throughout the lowered level staff. The overall company outlook from most employees is bleak. They focus on billable hours in oreder to cover the wasteful overhead puts unrealistic demands on the the teammates rowing the boat. Only those who give up thief own life to dedicate their entire existence to the company will ever receive the full year end bonuses promised regardless of exceeding your annual KPI's.

Pros

Not many, if any. They have a number of huge clients which gives you the opportunity to see some amazing projects. - will reimburse you for professional licensing costs.

Cons

- The mass exodus of talent that has occurred within the past year due to extremely poor upper management. Approximately 10 people above Senior Associate level have left in the past calendar year, and many more in other positions. - The way the company rubs in your face how much you get billed out at and feeds nothing back into the company for employees. (They are one of the most expensive in the industry). - In addition saying the company is doing extremely well but gives its employees menial pay raises. - Demoralising, disrespecting employees who speak up. Pretending to have quarterly management forums where nothing is achieved. - No focus on how to grow employees. You are left to your own devices despite consistent badgering to want to grow and learn new skills. - Does not want to inject money into the company for new technology, software. They are getting left in the dust industry wise. - Have no concept about some of the talent or skills younger employees can inject into the company. - Will penny pinch their clients and employees for everything.
