      toxic working environment, poor leadership, minimal opportunity for advancement, ineffective communication, no experience in commercial pharmaceutical space, zero communication with sales force, inadequate support, minimal resources, expect layoffs with zero warning and inadequate offerings to those displaced. Overall a terrible company to work for!

      Cons

      Generally more than a 40 hour week. Working globally, you could be up as early as 5:00 am for calls and as late as 11:00 pm at night or 1:00 in the morning. Working remotely in a global role can sometimes be exhausting as you’re generally in meeting (video calls) during core business hours and having to get work done around the calls.
