      Pros

      Like most companies, the people are awesome. Benefits were very good, pay was good, remote position was great. Challenging work.

      Cons

      Company Leadership bet way too much on one product that failed after launch. Couple that with a second launch failure shortly after the first and the company is now bleeding and struggling to stop it let alone heal it. Senior Leadership has steered this ship into the fog and can't find their way out. Recommend staying away from this one for a while.

      There is freedom to approach each project as you see fit. Strong support from senior leadership.

      When several programs peak at the same time the hours start to creep up pretty quickly.

      Great company to work that is cash flow positive, thinks long-term, cares about people. Lots of autonomy

      Cons

      internal data silos, lack of uniform internal guidelines result in folks reinventing the wheel.
