Cons
Extreme pressure in sales role (mostly they hire for this role only) continous overtime (9 am to 8 pm or even 9 pm) The point is that i agree in sales role if you are not meeting the target then you have to do overtime but if the product of the company is not suitable for customers then why will they purchase it? Their main work is they provide surgeries to the patients who are having in different segments like- urology, proctology etc, now the thing is that as a PCS you will get and majority you have to do outbound calls because most of the people call for asking the info only, and if you explain also about the process of the surgery then also no one is going to agree just coz you explain it on the call, you had to make atleast 200 calls each day and you have to convince the customer to go for the consultation with the doctor( this is basic kra) and convince for the surgery as well.. they have hired doctors who even tell false statements to the pateints even though it can be cured by medicine if you are not performing good then they will tell you to do overtime without any extra pay for it
