Pros

- You get to learn a lot about the industry - You learn a lot about the software - There is a handful of genius colleagues, awesome to work with.

Cons

- Keep hiring freshies and non-techs - Lack of technical expertise in the company - If you are technical, you will be tasked to do most things. They stick to you forever. - Colleagues unwilling to learn/pick up tech skills - There are lazy managers who don't help - Overworked and underappreciated - Confused management - Lethargic pace of improvement/change - Old guard resistance to transform - You either conform, or you're out. You will be isolated and singled out for bringing new change

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts. We firmly believe the only way to truly grow as an organization is to take all feedback seriously and to move forward with actionable plans in order to change for the future. Due to our significant growth, we are currently in an aggressive hiring phase for new roles and while growth does come with growing pains for some our team members, we want to ensure that everyone is appreciated and we hear your concerns. We know that our team is functioning at its capacity and we are actively interviewing candidates to bring the workload to a manageable level to all our team members. We are confident that we will bring on talent with the right experience and know how, including technical experience, to make an immediate impact. We are open to hearing solutions to problems from our team members as we manage to bring on the right talent at the right time. We are disheartened to hear that you have had that experience with your manager and other team members. It is unfortunate that we did not hear about your specific experiences sooner as we would have liked the opportunity to address these concerns immediately. We would never want our team to feel that their leadership is something other than stellar. We are inclined to push the team for positive change and growth and it is upsetting to us to hear that is not the culture that you were exposed to but we appreciate that this has been brought to our attention so we can look into this more extensively. We are currently looking at our planning process to ensure that our team members are not only fulfilled in their roles but also be able to perform their best with a reasonable workload. We want to ensure that we are being proactive rather than reactive while we all successfully grow the company. Our culture is highly valued at Veson and is something we take very seriously. We encourage our team to bring new ideas to spur on innovation, efficiencies and creative thinking for solving problems. By doing this, we believe that we create an environment that encourages empowerment, motivation and increased job satisfaction.

Pros

decent upward mobility potential. good coworkers.

Cons

C-levels are disconnected and dishonest. leadership are prone to making sudden demands outside of agreed-upon scope of work. meeting those demands is in turn not rewarded. pay lags. company lacks direction. layoffs targeted quality employees.
