Management completely off the rails and incompetent. Meetings constantly cancelled to try and speed up software deployments. Estimates way off on delivery of new features and constantly hassling everybody to work faster to make up for what is a fundamental flaw in planning. Too busy doing your workload which is all urgent to even address systemic issues that are causing said workload. A frankly baffling belief in AI making everyone work faster despite evidence to the contrary.
