Constant changes weird bonus structure Too much separation between different departments

Great customer base and there are some mgrs that really do care about their employees.

New CEO came, fired everyone that was there and brought in his own people; people that do not know anything about the business and they are not good people at all. Lots of terrible mgrs and a whole lot of favoritism. Won't get promoted into other positions if you're not a brown noser, part of the "in" crowd. People that should be fired, get promoted, and people that work and deserve promotions, get no recognition at all.
