Pros
I really liked the people I worked with. I learned a lot about the pre-press industry and agency advertising. The experiences I got a Vertis out weighed the headaches.
Cons
Upper management didn't really care about their employees. They want to pay them the bare minimum and didn't always keep their promises. There was zero work-home life balance. That company killed the marriages of more people than I want to count. Luckily, my account closed before my marriage was placed on the sacrificial altar.
