It is a great organization to work for. Good salary and great benefits. I worked for five years and they treat you like family. I had to take time off for health issues and Vertex was extremely understanding. Can not say enough good things about them.
This company helped me tremendously raising my career and got me projects for many senior roles at amazing companies that were otherwise inaccessible. It was always a pleasure working with the management.They let me choose the projects and no unnecessary pressures, they have a great network of companies and if they can't get you a project themselves they would surely get you one through others. Pay was very good and so was health insurance. Overall I had a first grade experience with them.
Cons
Vertex has a strong workforce, I think their consultants should communicate with each other more.
