High turnover rate, consistent disrespect, lack of support from management - Operations Verse Medical Employee Review

Was consistently disrespected and belittled by other team members. There is a high turnover rate on the operations team due to people quitting because of the toxic environment. Multiple employees have come forward regarding disrespect or unfair treatment and management did nothing. In one instance members of the operations team were caught taking screenshots of newer team members errors to post in a group chat on slack where they would ridicule people for their mistakes. Management did nothing to address this, and as a result team members became reluctant to ask for help or clarification. It is well known in the office that there is a high turnover rate on the operations team and it is not uncommon for employees on other teams to discuss how long they think a new hire will last before they're fed up. Additionally members of the operations team would openly use mean, disparaging language about remote/overseas employees referring to them as "stupid", "lazy", and "useless". All of this was done openly on a regular basis. This behavior and lack of intervention by management creates a toxic and often stressful workplace. Lastly there is little training and no standard operating procedures and with protocol consistently changing it is difficult to stay in the loop. You essentially have to hope that someone in the know decides to tell you when things have changed, but if you are not liked do not expect anyone to keep you informed. Management has also had negative things to say about anyone that came forward about the workplace bullying the dealt with. Management has badmouthed former employees, complaining that they quit and outright lying about their reasons for leaving the company.
