Pros
Overall a good company to work for. Stong drive to get projects to market quickly, especially since Veritiv is a public company and has investors to please. Has a good hierarchy in place to plan, design, test and implement projects, but, often design and development is rushed causing issues later in testing where gaps, and code problems are found.
Cons
project cycle is often rushed. teams are understaffed, creating bottlenecks, project holdups. Different functional departments seem to have different goals, methods, and principles within them. Large company with management, team leads, and IT teams in many locations causes communication issues. May be difficult to find the correct IT/business people to talk to get information.
