Pros
Great work culture. Good people. Moderate pace of work, generally there is no hurry. Quarterly Hackathons. Office location is nice in pune (India). Large number of experienced people. You will find a large number of people, working here for more than a decade.
Cons
As it happens with large organisations, most of the time is spent in maintenance of old mammoth products. So you may not get interesting work frequently.
