Pros
The company genuinely cares for its employees and its audience, as well. There is a great sense of teamwork and the success of any one person is a collective celebration.
Cons
No downsides- Veritas Health trusts its employees. It’s a stringent process to be selected as an employee, of course, but once selected, it is immediately apparent that the work culture is balanced and rewarding.
