      You will work with some great people, and the WFH flexibility is great!

      Cons

      Poor job security—no matter how hard you work or the extra hours you dedicate, your efforts don't guarantee stability. Employees remain at constant risk of being made redundant without warning, often with no opportunity to properly conclude their time with the team

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
