      True autonomy, flexibility. Work life balance. The people.

      Cons

      Genuinely dont have one! I could see how fully remote might put some off but pros massively outweigh the cons for that, for me.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
