      Work from home. Good teammates

      Cons

      Too many micro-managers who want to get involved in every aspect of the development process. Desperate to emulate companies like Google and Amazon but have no real vision of how to move a vastly outdated product and development practices out of the stoneage and into the modern world. Obsessed with buzz words and using them to justify making bad decisions.

      Pros

      Verint is a good place to work because of the flexibility of remote work and get exposure to a new technologies. The company is quick to adopt and implement new tools, so things are always evolving and there are plenty of opportunities to learn. The people are supportive, and it's a great environment to learn and grow.

      Compensation level is below market average.
