Pros
The culture is good. Not like big ERP companies where there is little respect for employees. Market and strategy are very good. It takes hard work, but very good rewards in return with solid opportunity to make seven figures if you can sell large transactions. Great presales organization. I would characterize it as a sales focused culture. Equity available for strong performers at levels demonstrates commitment to keep good employees for long term.
Cons
System and processes are very challenging. Not what you would expect in large, $1 billion company. Benefits are average. There is not a lot of focus on employee development or training opportunities.
