      The CEO is brilliant and works incredibly hard to transform the company. He is succeeding and I am so grateful for being a part of this story. I feel completely valued and completely kept in the loop on how the company is doing. The inclusivity and transparency from senior management is unprecedented

      Hybrid schedule Great product International company with a somewhat flat structure

      Cons

      Favoritism and nepotism run deep in this company. If you are on the outs, it is harder to advance in the company. Zero culture, no celebrations/recognition/ERGs. You don't feel valued or part of something larger than you.
