no cons. only salary is low

I dont find any good reason . it is like a normal startup company. Location is good just above station, Just shifted back to old building from New posh building.

Salary not happening on time since last 1 year Salary paid in installments like 25% and never sure when and which date it will happen Top management never knows the date and never informs employees unless asked Employees are blammed for the salary not happening on time if one goes to ask them ( customer is not paying) Top managment gives lot of carrots (promises) to employees ( Rabits) that they will increase salary, pay salary on time etc by talking nicely Top managment behaves as if they have not made any mistake by not paying salary and keeping employees salary backlogs, re-imbursements, bonus and they think that its their right to do so They are just bothered of work and only work out from employees and will follow up with that.But regarding salary topics will avoid from discussion.
